The hardened lava will turn more and more orange to indicate that it is closer to melting. The lava hardened by the vessel will melt after 90 seconds, giving players limited time to stand on them. Additionally, the water canteen can be right-clicked to open a dialogue box to throw water in a selected direction, or it can be worn to throw water through the equipment right-click menu. Water can only be thrown while the player is facing north, east, south, or west.

This canteen has 35 uses per game (70 if the player has unlocked the larger capacity for 10,000 points), so don't run out. To move around in the lower level, players must harden the lava by pouring water on it from the heat-proof vessel. Praying Protect from Missiles will reduce their max hit to 1. Upon entering the lower level, lava beasts will begin to appear and launch fireballs at players. If fewer than ten players are participating, one boulder will be present in the central channel, but if there are ten or more players, another boulder will be present at the western channel, and if twenty or more are present, a third boulder will be present at the eastern channel. Players earn more points as the boulder gets smaller. This boulder becomes smaller as it is mined and will be carried downstream as it does so, so players must follow it and mine it whenever it stops. The primary goal is to mine the large boulder located in the lava channel. Once the game starts, players have ten minutes to mine and get out, after which the volcano will erupt and anyone still in the volcano will be killed. Players have 30 seconds to organise themselves once they enter the mine, after which the volcano will rumble, signalling the beginning of the game.

Refined concrete and refined hazard concrete introduced.Players who enter the volcanic mine are automatically given a heat-proof vessel.Tile construction jobs are now handled separately by construction robots, to prevent entity ghosts not being built due to large number of tile ghosts.Landfill can now be included in blueprints and placed by construction robots.Landfill is now a separate tile, differentiated from grass-1.As construction robots are limited in the number of objects they can hold at once, and given that paths often involve hundreds or thousands of tiles, placing a large area of path or landfill with bots may take a long time and draw a significant amount of electricity for bot recharging. Tile ghosts will be constructed by construction robots. When a filtered deconstruction planner is used tiles are configured separately from entities, appearing under the Tiles tab. If a blueprint is taken of a path tile on top of landfill, only the path tile will be stored in the blueprint. Within a blueprint it is not currently possible for one tile to exist on top of another in practice this means that a path tile such as stone brick or concrete cannot exist on top of landfill in a blueprint. Tiles are not included in a blueprint unless they are the only eligible object in the selected area, or when the Tiles tick-box is ticked. The original tiles will be placed back into the player's inventory.īlueprints, deconstruction planners and construction robots Mined path tiles will be placed back in the player's inventory.Īny path tile can be placed over any other path tile to replace it. As with placing tiles, the mouse can be dragged over an area and the size of the building area can be increased or decreased to control how many tiles will be removed at a time. Path tiles can be removed (mined) by holding Right mouse button while holding any type of tile in the hand. Likewise entities can later be placed on top of constructed tiles, including paths being placed on top of landfill. Path tiles can be placed where entities already exist and will appear underneath them. This allows the player to place a much larger number of tiles at one time, effectively having a larger 'brush' with which to apply tiles to the map.

The building area for tiles can be increased by pressing PAD + and reduced again by pressing PAD. The mouse can be dragged while the button is held to 'paint' tiles over a wide area. Tiles are placed by holding them in the hand and clicking Left mouse button. The building area is adjusted several times. A demonstration of first placing then removing refined concrete.
